Accommodation
Our 6 guest rooms are in the converted granary, attached to the rear of the main house.
We can offer 4 double and 2 double or twin rooms. Two of the rooms are on the ground floor and 4 are first floor rooms. All rooms have en-suite shower, TV, Wi-Fi internet access and tea/coffee making facilities. There is some variation to the levels of all our rooms and the breakfast room.
Great care has been taken to adapt the buildings in sympathy with its Georgian origins.
Our rooms have been renovated to a high standard while retaining their own individual character. Each room features original or green oak beams, reflecting the origins of the Georgian Farm buildings. We hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Double/Twin: £115 for one night. £105 for multiple nights
Single: £70 for one night. £65 for multiple nights
Family Room: £140 for one night. £130 per night for multiple nights
(Double room with 1 additional bed/cot)
Family Suite: £155 for a single night. £145 for multiple nights
(2 rooms conjoined for up to 5 persons)

Discounted prices are available for multiple nights and group bookings, please enquire.
For walkers and cyclists, we can offer transport to local pubs, packed lunches and luggage transport by pre-arrangement.
Our facilities
The guest accommodation has a separate entrance at the rear of the property where there is ample off-road parking.
Inside the guest’s entrance there is a guest fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, books and games as well as a host of information on local attractions. There are nearly 3 acres of private grounds with outdoor seating areas for you to enjoy.
There is secure storage for bikes and access to tools and repair kits.
Room accessibility
Some changes of level to access all rooms makes the accommodation unsuitable for those with very restricted mobility or wheelchair users. Read our full Accessibility Guide.

Our flexible accommodation lends itself particularly well to suit larger groups. If you are a larger party please contact us to discuss our group booking arrangements and discount.
Falcon House breakfast
All prices include a Falcon House traditional home-cooked breakfast with eggs from our free-range hens and sausages from our neighbour’s free-range pigs. Breakfast is served in our oak-framed breakfast room, which features an original stained-glass window by Nicky Hopwood.
We are happy to cater for special diets. Please let us know at the time of booking.
